KU88's Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

KU88 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "KU88") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and KU88.

By creating an account, browsing the website, or using any of KU88's services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use KU88's services:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Family members with separate accounts must use different devices and payment methods.

KYC Verification Process

After registration, KU88 may verify your identity. The following information may be requested during this process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Mobile number verification (OTP).
• Proof of payment method ownership.
• Proof of address may be required.

3 Deposits & Payments

KU88 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Supported methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

Deposit Issues

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction. KU88 does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from KU88:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Processing Time

• Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket: 15–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

KU88 offers attractive bonus promotions, but each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

Welcome Bonus

• Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• A 30x wagering requirement applies before withdrawing bonus balance.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the deposit date.

Weekly Cashback

• Every Monday, a 10% cashback is credited on the previous week's net losses.
• Maximum cashback amount: ৳10,000.
• A 1x wagering requirement applies to cashback balance.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming a bonus using false or incorrect information.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to clear bonuses using low-risk betting or arbitrage strategies.

6 Betting Rules

To ensure a fair and transparent betting environment on KU88, the following rules must be observed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• KU88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, if a bet is cancelled before the match begins, the funds will be returned to your account.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the bet will be settled according to the technical status at the time.
• Server logs are considered final and conclusive evidence in all casino game disputes.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market, and can be viewed within each game's interface. KU88 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or circumvent bonus requirements.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cybercrime.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Stealing or accessing another member's account information.
• Attempting to manipulate game software.
• Threatening or abusing KU88 staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

KU88 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or activity.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure

To close your account, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closure. Please note that reactivating a closed account may not always be possible.

9 Responsible Gaming
